Enna serves as the Operations Manager for Clarity Capital Partners, overseeing the strategic operations of the firm's Bellevue, Washington and Newport Beach, California offices. In her role, she leads the firm's operational infrastructure, ensuring seamless client experiences, efficient workflows, and adherence to regulatory requirements. She is responsible for overseeing client onboarding, managing day-to-day operational functions, supporting advisors and the team, and implementing processes that contribute to the firm's continued growth and long-term success.
Since entering the financial services industry in 2018, Enna has been dedicated to helping clients navigate the financial planning process with confidence and clarity. She is particularly passionate about empowering women to better understand the value of financial planning and the impact it can have on their lives and families. Her commitment to service, organization, and relationship management has made her an integral part of the client experience at Clarity Capital Partners.
Prior to joining the financial industry, Enna built a diverse professional background spanning both the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Throughout her career, she held roles across human resources, client services, billing, finance, contract administration, production control, and business operations. This broad experience provides her with a unique perspective on organizational efficiency, process improvement, and delivering exceptional service.
Enna earned her Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from Northwest University and brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, administration, and client service.
Outside of the office, Enna enjoys traveling, exploring wineries, and spending time on the water boating with family and friends. She resides in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and children.
