Todd Rustman serves as a Founder and Managing Partner of Clarity Capital Partners.
Todd graduated from Pepperdine University in 1992, and Thunderbird University with a MBA in International Business and Finance in 1993 and went to work for Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan, Ltd. In 1995, he continued on the institutional client side with PIMCO, then moved to an eventual portfolio manager position for HNW Private Clients with Mellon Private Asset Management. After approximately four years with Mellon, and a year as vice president with Kayne Anderson Investment Management (prior to its sale), Todd started GR Capital Asset Management (dba Clarity Capital Partners) in the fall of 2000.
Todd has received his CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFP (Certified Financial Planner), and CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter).
Todd has been named as one of WORTH Magazine's Top Wealth Advisors for both 2007 and 2008. He most recently has been named to Orange Coast Magazine's List of 5-Star Wealth Managers for the past 5 years.
Todd believes in doing everything in life with passion and integrity. He prides himself on collaborating with all advisors for the best results for the client. His success has also centered on "Operation Simplify" concepts as well as "Reverse-Engineering" wealth management solutions to achieve the diverse objectives for his clients. He is a voracious reader and learner as well as an active listener. "Life is not a spectator sport."
Todd is a Co-Founder of the Levendi Winery. He is a Founding Board Member and active member of Gen-Next, is on the Board of New Majority in Orange County and also is on the Board of the Gen-Next Foundation.
Todd resides in Nellie Gail with his wife Sherry and their children, Sierra and Cayden.
Brittany serves as a Vice President with Clarity Capital Partners.
Brittany is a Seattle native, who went on “life’s adventure” to Southern California and worked in our Newport Beach office until 2016. That year, she moved back to her home state of Washington to head up our Pacific Northwest office.
She graduated from Northwest University with a BA in Organizational Communication. She began her career in the Financial Services industry at the age of 17 and grew in several companies from intern to Operations Manager, eventually gaining her licenses and moving into a Wealth Management role. She has been instrumental to organizing the Clarity offices; ensuring Operations run smoothly so the Planning Team can thrive. In her latest role, she has taken initiative to grow a new office for the Clarity team from the ground up: getting the Clarity message to the Pacific Northwest community.
She lives her life with truth, determination, and integrity; always desiring to be transparent with those she’s with. She enjoys working with Entrepreneurial Women to help them with their Financial Goals both professionally and personally. She is passionate about bringing light to one of the most intimate of human subjects: our finances.
Brittany is involved with Compassion International and has two “adopted” children she supports in Bolivia and Uganda. She is a member of ACG Seattle’s Y20 group. She is also an active member of Gen-Next Seattle, and the Women Business Owners Group of Greater Seattle.
Outside of Clarity, Brittany enjoys cooking, running, yoga, being outdoors, traveling, and working on her family fixer upper. She resides in Woodinville, WA with her husband, Zach.
Brittany is Series 65 licensed and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Clarity Capital Partners. She is also licensed as a registered representative (Series 7) with Niagara International Capital Limited.
Olivio Gomez serves as Vice-President of Clarity Capital Partners. He has approximately 20 years of finance experience, which includes over ten years in the financial services industry. Before joining Clarity Capital Partners in 2013, he was the Director of Wealth Management at Sagent Wealth Management in Newport Beach where he provided affluent investors with wealth planning and investment management services. Through his deep understanding of 401k, profit sharing and defined benefit plans, Olivio has also helped numerous business owners optimize the benefits associated with their corporate retirement plans. Before working at Sagent Wealth Management, Olivio was a Financial Advisor at Edward Jones Investments for four years, where he opened and managed the Ladera Ranch office. Prior to working at Edward Jones Investments, Olivio held several finance and managerial positions at large, multi-national companies, such as Gap, Home Depot, Universal Studios and Warner Bros.
Olivio earned his B.S. degree in Finance from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley in 1996, and also earned his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 2002, having been awarded the Dean Fellowship Award in 2001.
Olivio is a member of the UCLA and UC Berkeley Orange County Alumni Chapters, and has been associated with the National Society of Hispanic MBA’s (NSHMBA) for over 10 years.
Olivio is originally from San Francisco, but currently resides in Trabuco Canyon with his wife Monica and their daughter Emma. During his free time, Olivio enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his daughter’s AYSO soccer team. Olivio is also an avid fan of college football, making frequent road trips to Memorial Stadium at UC Berkeley to watch his beloved Golden Bears.

Shawne serves as a Vice President with Clarity Capital Partners.
Shawne has approximately 16 years experience in the finance world. He started his Wall Street career as an Analyst/Junior Trader for a Philadelphia based hedge fund where he was assigned to the convertible bond trading desk. After this, he worked at the NYMEX on the oil and natural gas options/futures team. He continued his career serving on the trading floor for TD Options, LLC on the American Stock Exchange.
In 2004, Shawne started working with and advising start-up firms on a consulting basis as well as serving on the board of several companies. He worked with companies that operated in industries such as oil and natural gas, E & P, international brokerage, polymer chemistry as well as ecommerce. He even started an oil and gas drilling fund. Also, during this time, he served as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Malone is able to draw on a vast reservoir of knowledge from his tenure investing on Wall Street and a life-long focus on strategic financial analysis and planning to provide a holistic approach to help his clients achieve their financial goals. Shawne develops a comprehensive plan for both individuals and corporations that are uniquely tailored to their specific needs, both personally and professionally.
Shawne served in the United States Marine Corps, spending two years at the Marine Barracks, Japan. He was then assigned to Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines. He then returned to active duty to serve in the Marines during Desert Storm.
Mr. Malone graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1997 with a BS in finance and international business and attended the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
Shawne is the proud father of twins, Ava and Jonas, and currently resides in Huntington Beach, California enjoying outside activities with his family.
Shawne has his Series 66 license and is an investment advisor representative with Clarity Capital Partners. Shawne is also a registered representative with Niagara International Capital Limited, having passed his Series 7 license.
Jeff brings a diverse professional background that includes positions in project management, business consulting, venture capital, investment banking, as well as a decade of extensive experience in commercial construction and real estate development. He’s a critical thinker that enjoys digging in to how companies operate, figuring out where operational improvements can be implemented, then troubleshooting, problem solving, and developing strategic and financial plans for the company.
Prior to investment banking, Jeff worked with a Private Debt Fund that specialized in funding companies generating $1M - $10M in revenue. While there, initially he was tasked with building out a website and integrating it with a customized CRM system. Once that was in place, he led business development efforts, placing financing requests to outside financing sources that didn’t fit within the funds typical lending criteria, as well as taking on various consulting engagements for clients.
Before the Debt Fund, he was an Associate at a Private Equity Firm and focused on analyzing potential deals that came into the firm, developing financial models, and layering in the capital table to decipher it investing in the companies penciled out from a numbers perspective.
Jeff’s transition into finance and consulting was spurred by a series of real estate development projects he was a partner of, in which he identified the property, performed in-depth financial and operational due diligence for feasibility studies, created a pitch deck and was able to raise over $1MM of capital prior to having entitlements in place. His ability to dissect a project stems back to his time in construction management, holding titles such as Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Estimator, Head of 3D Modeling, Project Manager and Owner’s Representative on projects ranging from $1MM to $8B in construction value for Universities, Hospitals, Hotels, Casinos, Airports, Military Bases, and Federal Courthouses.
Jeff is originally from Kansas, where he earned a Bachelors in Engineering with an emphasis in Construction Science and Management, as well as a Business Minor from Kansas State University. Jeff received his MBA in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University in California. Additionally, he holds a California Real Estate Brokers License and has previously held a California General Contractors License and a National Mortgage License, both of which have expired.
Jeff is a licensed investment banker (Series 79), actively holding FINRA’s Series 7 (General Securities Representative) with Niagara International Capital Ltd. He is also a series 66 (Registered Investment Advisor) with Clarity Capital Partners.
